The "clubhouse" is a building on the DCWMA property that was constructed
by the WPA, and dedicated on September 22, 1935 for use by (pointing dog) field
trial groups and other public purposes.
Today the building is managed by the
Douglas County Forestry Department and is available on a reservation basis.
